Spend an unforgettable time with friends, family or colleagues, in the sun or in the snow, in this sumptuous Chalet located in Praz sur Arly, 5-10 min drive from Megève.
Featuring 5 bedrooms on 2 floors, a spacious layout, very well equipped.

kettle, magimix, juice extractor, food processor, pierrade/raclette, sodastream, dishwasher)
- storeroom with fridge and freezer
- dining room with high ceilings and table for 10

- master suite with 180cm double bed, dressing room, shower room with toilet

(on foot, by car with free parking or by ski to Les Rafforts stop)
- 5 minutes by car from the Rochebrune cable car and Evasion Mont Blanc,
- 200m from Lac de Praz.

- a private room at the back of the garage
- some cupboards and furniture under lock and key
- the garage is not available for parking vehicles, the use of the electrical outlet to recharge vehicles is prohibited.
