Description
The chalet is very cosy, newly furnished and bright, with a magnificent panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc range, not overlooked. It's also ideally positioned for views of the Fiz and Aravis ranges, which is not common in Combloux!
So it's a unique, unoverlooked exposure with an equally breathtaking view of the Sallanches / Saint Gervais valley.
It's close to the village center (200 m on foot) and 150 m from the free shuttle service. The "plan d'eau Biotope" leisure center is a 5-minute walk away, and Lac de Passy a 15-minute drive.
The 170 m2 chalet is built on an 800 m2 plot with private parking for six cars (plus a closed garage for one car). The 4 bedrooms are all equipped with new, top-of-the-range bedding.
It comprises:
- An entrance hall with benches, cupboards and separate toilet + washbasin;
- A large living room (50 m2), open and bright (bay windows), dining table for 10, cocooning lounge area with fireplace and new sofa, TV Live box 6 with Canal channels (fiber reception). This room gives access to the garden and features a terrace with dining area: outdoor table and benches on the Mont Blanc side.
- A newly fitted kitchen with Mont Blanc views completes this living space.
- Upstairs, an SAS leads to 3 bedrooms, including :
° A master suite with bed, new top-of-the-range mattress (160 x 200) - storage - desk & chair - balcony with panoramic view of Mont Blanc, large bathroom with bath, shower, storage and WC.
° The 2 other bedrooms upstairs are equipped with a new top-of-the-range bed (160 x 200), storage space, closets, each with its own bathroom (shower/WC) with skylight.
On the lower level: an en-suite bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), its own sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (160), storage space, flat-screen desk, orange TV and Canal + channels, shower room / WC and direct access to the garden with terrace overlooking Mont Blanc.
In reserve, 2 single 80 cm mattresses can sleep up to 12 people (excluding BB beds).
A large locker with benches and coat racks + ski room area + storage space.
Laundry room with LL, SL and 2nd fridge.
A garage for one car + heated storage for skis & boots.
Private outdoor parking for 6 cars.
