Nestled in the heart of the Domaine des Aiguilles Sauvages, served by a private road on the edge of the forest, holidaymakers staying in this spacious family chalet will have the chance to ski down to the 400 km of pistes in the Évasion Mont Blanc ski area.
The peace and quiet, the privacy and the contact with nature will delight holidaymakers who come to take advantage of a stay in the mountains to recharge their batteries.
Leaving the chalet, take the mythical Chemin des Beus, which leads through the forest to the village in just a few minutes on foot.
A blend of tradition and modernity, Chalet La Ardilla boasts a floor area of 200 m2, distributed over 3 levels:
On the garden level, you'll find a comfortable ski room before hitting the slopes, as well as a 40 m2 master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, independent kitchen and sofa bed. Although it communicates directly with the main area, this private apartment has its own separate entrance.
On the main level, you'll enjoy moments of sharing and friendship in a warm living space featuring an open-plan kitchen, a spacious living room and a comfortable lounge, all bathed in light and opening directly onto the forest, with views of the Aravis mountain range and the Aiguilles de Warens.
The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and one with a child's bed and crib, plus a bathroom with XXL shower. An open-plan mezzanine with a reading area and extra sleeping space add to the calm and intimacy of this space.
For your convenience, a closed garage, a carport and a laundry room complete the facilities at your disposal during your stay.
