Description
In an exceptional and quiet setting facing Mont Blanc at 1000m altitude between Saint Gervais and St Nicolas de Véroce, 3 km from the ski lifts and direct access to Paris by TGV and freeway, brand new luxury family apartment of about 50m², for 4 people (ideally for a couple and two children), located on the ground floor of a large new chalet with a wooden terrace facing south-east and a view of the Mont Blanc massif.

A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) with a private bathroom (Italian shower, 1 sink and WC),

Apartment strictly NON SMOKER and not accepting pets.
Skiing : Access to the ski area of Saint Gervais, Megeve and Saint Nicolas de Véroce: departure at the place called "les Chattrix" with parking and 6 seat chairlift.
Panoramic view on the whole Mont Blanc massif.
Access also to the ski area of "Prarion - Les Houches" from the TMB (Tramway du Mont Blanc) station in Saint Gervais.
