Description
The chalet is a mountain chalet-refuge (altitude 1150 meters) which was taken over and restored 11 years ago by our family.
It is located in Saint Gervais at the place called La Cry which is 2 kms below Le Bettex (start of the Saint Gervais/Megève ski area).
It is in the mountains and accessible only by foot. The parking place is 300 meters above the chalet or you can reach it by a path in the snow: it is a beautiful and quiet place. The view is superb.
The chalet is an old wooden farmhouse. It has all the comfort
On the ground floor :
-a large living room (about 50m²) with wood stove. Separate living room and dining room
-a room for games and reading/BD with fireplace (about 15m²)
-a large modern kitchen with Gaudin stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher
-a back kitchen with washing machine and dryer
-A toilet
On the second floor
-8 bedrooms (small) with double beds
-Three modern bathrooms: one with bathtub and two with shower, towel dryer
-Three toilets
-The "skiers' entrance", the main access to the chalet in winter, a small lounge, a table soccer
On the second floor
-4 dormitories for 6 persons ! And a small double bedroom
Heating by electric radiators in the whole chalet
