Description

Facing the Mont Blanc, this chalet of 225 m. square overlooks the Mont Blanc and the Aravis. The first floor rooms have a beautiful view. Warm and spacious, it allows you to enjoy 3 floors of warm living spaces. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room of 100 m. square with fireplace. High-end equipment, 4 flat screen TVs, large bedrooms, open kitchen ... Bath and kitchen linen is provided. Beds can be made upon arrival, on request, for an additional cost. Ski lift 5 minutes walk, leading to ski area. Open during school holidays and weekends.

This chalet of 225 square meters respects the tradition of wooden chalets built by companions of the Tour de France with its robust and imposing wooden structure.
It offers absolute calm while being ideally located, with a beautiful view of the chain of Aravis and Mont Blanc from the 1st floor rooms.
A 5-minute walk from the ski lift Le Bouchet will allow experienced skiers to join the ski area of Combloux in a few minutes. The return is ski-to-the-feet with a small off-piste crossing accessible to experienced skiers.

The chalet is 7 minutes drive from the start of the slopes of Combloux and 7 minutes from the gondola of the Princess serving the area of Megeve.
The living room of 100 square meters has a cozy living room with fireplace and an independent TV lounge. The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the dining room or on the wooden terrace, full foot south: winter snowmen and outdoor meal as soon as the weather allows. We put at your disposal raclette appliances, pierrade, fondue savoyarde ..

Wifi is free

We put at your disposal free bath and kitchen linen.
We can make your beds so that you can relax as soon as you arrive at the chalet. This option is optional with an additional cost.
Final cleaning is included. We ask you to be kind enough to leave the chalet in a good state otherwise a supplement of 150 euros will be applied.

On the first floor, 4 spacious bedrooms with balconies enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains: 2 overlook the Mont Blanc and 2 on the Aravis chain. Three of them have double beds in 160 cm, and the last includes two bunk beds in 90 cm. The master suite has an en-suite shower room. A spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin serves the other three bedrooms.
The bedroom on the ground floor includes a bed 160 cm and has its private shower room. This room and its shower room have natural light but overlook an English courtyard: no direct view of the outside but have windows that let in daylight.
Each room has large wooden cupboards for storing your belongings.
3 toilets: one per floor
A ski storage room for ski equipment and dry shoes and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete our services.

You have access to the garden, to the sunny terrace to enjoy the garden furniture and sun loungers. A large parking allows to park 4 vehicles. We are available 7 days a week and will be happy to answer your questions and give you all the tips that will help you to have an unforgettable stay. We know the region, the service providers and the traders perfectly and can help you organize your stay if you wish. We can pick up your ski passes before your arrival for example. We can provide a cleaning service during your stay at the frequency that suits you. We can finally offer you a baby sitting.

We will ask you a deposit of 2000 euros on your arrival. This one will not be cashed and will be returned to you by mail 10 days maximum after your departure.
