Le Primpiolet is a contemporary apartment for 9 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Occupying the entire third floor of the building, it is served by an elevator, making it accessible to people with reduced mobility.
It's just a few minutes' walk from the village center, the ski school in winter, and a magnificent natural lake where the water is filtered by aquatic plants.
The spacious living room opens onto a sunny balcony, while the kitchen is fully equipped. Under the roof are the 4 bedrooms: 3 doubles, 2 with en-suite shower rooms, and one room with 3 single beds.
There is a covered garage and several parking spaces outside, as well as bike storage on the first floor. The Combloux region is a real paradise for cyclists!
